Wellness programs lower insurance premiums

Finance article about corporate wellness programs, Linda Lulli, SPHR and associate vice president for human resources at Bryant, notes that an inactive person spends $1,500 extra on health costs per year. Bryant is among the host of employers across the country offering wellness programs that reward workers when they take steps toward a healthier lifestyle.
