Strategic IT partnerships within a university

President Ronald K. Machtley and Arthur Gloster, the university's chief information officer, collaborated on this EDUCAUSE Review article that takes a look at how the leader of an institution and the leader of the institution's IT organization can work together.

President Machtley focused on three things any CIO needs to know about leading an institution, two things a president needs from a CIO, and one thing he would change regarding IT at Bryant. Gloster offered three things any president should know about IT, two things a CIO needs from a president, and one thing he would change at Bryant.
