Scrap gives a boost to R.I. sales

Rhode Island has posted a nearly 45 percent increase in the value of what it is shipping overseas in the first two months of the year compared with the same period in 2009 - a growth rate that's fourth-best among the 50 states. Ray Fogarty, director of the John H. Chafee Center for International Business at Bryant, offers his perspective on what's behind the growth.
