Despite credibility problem, raters retain some influence

Standard & Poor's, Moody's and Fitch, the top three rating firms whose reputations have taken a hit since 2008, continue to have significant influence on state and local government finances, Gary Sasse, director of the Bryant Institute for Public Leadership, tells Fox Business News.
