BIPL director criticizes proposed merger of education boards

Gary Sasse, director of the Bryants Institute for Public Leadership, decries a proposal to merge the state's two education boards and departments. The plan lacks transparency and detail and is an example of "why people are cynical about the quality of leadership in Rhode Island and how public decisions are made," he tells the Providence Journal.
